Appointments All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by a member of the Let's Talk Psychiatry team. The appointments may be scheduled via phone or email. Once an appointment is scheduled, the client will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the appointment.
Fees and Payment Fees for services provided by Let's Talk Psychiatry are due at the time of service. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Payment plans may be available in certain circumstances but must be arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for all fees incurred for services provided by Let's Talk Psychiatry.
Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to show up for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

The ability to self-schedule an appointment is also subject to change and requires either active insurance or a credit card on file for self-pay services. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time, for any reason.
