  • Thank you for your question. While in-person appointments are available, we want you to know that the vast majority of our patients choose to join us via our telehealth option. Telehealth allows you to attend therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or wherever is most convenient for you. It is a great way to receive mental health support without the need to travel to our office.

Our telehealth option is available to anyone who lives in the state of Florida, and it is easy to use. All you need is a computer or smartphone with a camera and microphone and an internet connection. We use a secure platform to ensure that your telehealth sessions are confidential and private.

In addition, all our patients have access to a personalized portal, which contains a wealth of information to help you stay informed and empowered about your mental health. You can use this portal to view your appointment schedule, cancel or reschedule appointments, and even access resources to support your mental health in between sessions.

Of course, if you prefer to have in-person appointments, that is also an option. We have a comfortable and welcoming office where you can meet with one of our mental health professionals.

Ultimately, the decision to attend therapy in-person or via telehealth is up to you. We want to ensure that you have access to the care and support you need, in a way that is most convenient and comfortable for you. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • We understand that navigating insurance coverage for mental health services can be confusing, but we want to assure you that we accept most major insurance companies. If you have a specific insurance provider in mind, we encourage you to contact our office and speak with a member of our team who can confirm whether we are in-network with your plan.

In the event that we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we offer flexible payment options, including payment plans and self-pay options. Our payment plans are designed to help you manage the cost of mental health services over time, and our self-pay option allows you to pay for services out of pocket without insurance.

We believe that everyone should have access to the mental health care they need, regardless of their insurance coverage or financial situation. We will work with you to find a payment option that works best for you and your individual needs.

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns about insurance coverage or payment options. We are here to support you and ensure that you have access to the mental health care you need.
